We know that there has been a strong choral tradition at All Hallows for around 70 years and that there was a robed choir of men, ladies and young children in the mid 1950's.
Initially choristers sat in the front rows, pulpit side, but in 1953 the beautiful choir stalls were installed and used ever since.
The choir leads the singing at all Eucharist services as well as other Festival services throughout the year and, where requested, at weddings and funerals.
We are a friendly group and enjoy singing together. We would be very happy to welcome new singers.
We meet for an hour at 6.30pm on Fridays but with a break during January and August.
